1. Organizer

The giveaway is organized by Regh & Meier Services GbR, Am Ramonchamp Platz 8, 55270 Ober-Olm, Germany ("HypeServ").

2. Entry Period

Entries are accepted from 15.09.2026 to 30.09.2026 (CET/CEST). Entries received after this period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

(1) The giveaway is open to individuals with a HypeServ customer account who are 18 years old / are at least 16 years old and have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

(2) HypeServ's partners, persons involved in running the giveaway, and their relatives are not eligible.

(3) Only one entry per person and per customer account is allowed.

4. How to Enter

(1) To enter, complete the feedback survey in full within the entry period.

(2) Entry is free. Your chance of winning does not depend on the content of your feedback; positive and critical feedback are treated equally.

5. Prizes

(1) 5 prizes will be drawn from all valid entries. Each prize consists of:

one HypeServ postcard, and

one physical voucher worth €10, which can be redeemed for HypeServ credit.

(2) Prizes and credit cannot be paid out in cash, exchanged, or transferred.

6. Draw and Notification

(1) Winners will be drawn at random after the entry period ends on 30.09.2026.

(2) Winners will be notified by email at the address stored in their customer account within 30 days of the draw. Winners will only be named publicly with their consent.

(3) If a winner does not provide a shipping address within 14 days of notification, the prize is forfeited and a replacement winner will be drawn.

7. Shipping

Prizes are shipped by letter free of charge. HypeServ is not liable for postal delays or losses unless HypeServ is responsible for them.

8. Disqualification

HypeServ may disqualify anyone who violates these rules, uses unauthorized means (e.g. multiple accounts, bots), or manipulates the giveaway. In such cases, a prize may also be revoked after the draw.

9. Early Termination

HypeServ reserves the right to end or modify the giveaway early for good cause (e.g. technical issues, manipulation, legal reasons). Participants will be informed.

10. Privacy

(1) The controller is HypeServ (see section 1).

(2) To run the giveaway, we process your customer account identifier and email address; for winners, also name and shipping address. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (running the giveaway).

(3) Survey responses are analyzed to improve our products. The survey is conducted via Google Forms. In addition to HypeServ's privacy policies, the privacy policy of onesrv also applies: https://onesrv.net/privacy.

(4) Winners' shipping data is deleted once prizes have been shipped. Other giveaway data is deleted no later than 6 months after the giveaway ends, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

(5) Entering the giveaway does not subscribe you to a newsletter unless you give your consent as part of the giveaway.

11. Miscellaneous

(1) This giveaway is not associated with, sponsored, or endorsed by Discord or any other provider.

(2) German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which participants have their habitual residence remain unaffected.

(3) If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
